This family has become so dear to me! They are good friends of my sister in law and have become repeat clients ever since they moved close to our family homestead on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. This foggy day was so pretty and the Olympic National Park beach location is one of my favorites no matter the weather. I love the rust pants on their little guy, and mommas green dress was the perfect neutral. I really love beach locations for toddlers because there is so much to keep them entertained!

I really love using the rocks at this spot as a backdrop. It makes almost a studio like backdrop and draws the eye to the family. The same for the beach and water when it’s overcast.

If you’ve never been to the Port Angeles area in Washington I highly recommend it! You can hang out at the beach, mountain, lake, and get great food all in one day! Get on the email list for this location here!
