Ok while I’m calling this series “day trips” this one is best done as an overnight. We usually stay in an airbnb (there are some awesome ones out there) I can also recommend staying at one of the many nearby hotels. Recently we stayed at the Enzian and it was great! Being within walking distance of town is perfect if you plan to be close by and eat around the city.
