I just recently announced my annual dream session giveaway on Instagram! This is my first time offering a giveaway in Idaho, and it can be an adventure session! I love encouraging people to think about their “dream session”. I think most people either don’t think it through all the way or have it completely mapped out in their head.

This is one of my previous winners. She based her dream session on the fashion in “Crazy, Rich, Asians” with this amazing location as the backdrop! I loved the tulle dress she found as a dramatic color against the blue of Gold Creek Pond. Fun Fact, this location is actually getting ready to close for 10 years! They are doing some refurbishing of it.

What does it mean to use “inspiration” for a session?

It’s different for different people. I get inspired by clothing and locations. Golden light and amazing texture in locations specifically.

I have a client who has used movies to inspire her. This is her Little Women inspired session.
